Length of Work Year 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, 224 days per year, 11 months Employment Type Full Time Mandatory Testing Multiple choice test link will be sent after application deadline and is due by 10:00 p.m. Sunday, September 4, 2026. Practicum Date Practicums will be conducted on Zoom and are scheduled at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. Job Summary Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. This is the entry-level classification in Office Assistant series that is responsible for performing clerical duties in support of an assigned office or program. Work assignments are routine, and work is usually supervised while in progress and fits an established structure or pattern. Exceptions or changes in procedures are explained in detail as they arise. As experience is gained, assignments become more varied, complex, and difficult; close supervision and frequent review of work lessen as an incumbent demonstrates skill to perform the work independently.
