Psychiatric Treatment Provider
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatrist
Provide Psychiatric assessments and on-going evaluations of clients for treatment.
Prescribe medication as appropriate.
Collaborates with the team to provide an integrated approach between psychiatry and psychology.
Monitor his/her caseload daily and complete all necessary documentation in a professional manner to comply with standards within 5 business days.
Complies with HIPAA guidelines and follows Privacy Practices
Conducts self in a professional, client centered, team player, and purpose driven manner at all times.
