Position Overview Relationship Banker I – responsible for providing banking services, sales, customer service, and operations at the Banking Center. This role supports the team in achieving sales, service, and operational goals while maintaining compliance with regulations and promoting the bank’s core values. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer needs accurately and promptly, leveraging bank resources and tools. Evaluate customer financial needs and offer appropriate products and services through needs‑based conversations to deepen relationships. Perform routine teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and other transactions. Support the segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and other initiatives to drive center growth and profitability. Maintain compliance with federal, state regulations, and bank policies and procedures. Meet or exceed branch audit and operations evaluation requirements. Achieve or exceed individual and team sales, service, and operations goals. Skills & Abilities Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule, including weekends and extended hours. Willingness to travel to alternate Banking Centers if required. Self‑starter, highly motivated, with a working knowledge of all products and services. Strong customer service skills and ability to support teamwork, creating a positive working environment. Current knowledge of all systems used for branch transaction processing. Education & Qualifications High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Sciences (BA/BS) or Associate’s degree preferred. Experience 3‑4 years of customer‑service experience and needs‑based banking sales experience preferred. Compensation Hourly rate: $18.50 to $23.00 USD, with potential incentive compensation based on performance and job‑related factors.
