Job Title: Project Manager – Oil & Gas Facilities Location: Houston, TX Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $70.00 - $76.00 Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote Responsibilities Lead the successful delivery of Oil & Gas projects, particularly gas processing, compression, and amine facilities Manage project scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, and profitability Coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects moving forward Monitor project risks, changes, and performance, and implement solutions when needed Oversee invoicing, change orders, and project reporting Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements Build and maintain strong client relationships Support business development efforts and help identify new project opportunities Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field 10+ years of relevant experience in project delivery or project management Strong experience in Oil & Gas, especially gas processing, compression, and amine systems Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary project teams Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills Knowledge of industry practices, regulations, and project execution processes Professional registration is a plus, if applicable System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
