Coverage & Schedule:

• MondayFriday
• 8:00 a.m.4:30 p.m.
• No Call
• Medical Director opening covering a clinic in Indiana

Practice Setting & Role:

• Primary care physician with prior Medical Director experience required
• Setting: Out-Patient
• 35 years of experience preferred
• Hands-on leadership role focused on:
  • Team development
  • Coaching
  • Culture building
  • Daily collaboration
• Physician maintains their own outpatient clinic with approximately 56 patients per day , allowing dedicated administrative and charting time
• Oversees a second clinic led by an NP, with availability primarily needed for occasional calls, questions, and clinical advice
• Team meetings occur once or twice daily for 2030 minutes
• Approximately 8:00 a.m. meeting
• Afternoon planning/documentation time from 2:304:30 p.m.
• Low-pressure, in-house care model with minimal to no narcotic prescribing
• Rounding is optional

Patient Population:

• PACE program serving patients age 55+
• Most patients are working to remain independent and avoid nursing home placement
• Patients are generally self-sufficient but require some additional support
• Care model is similar to an adult day center , providing nursing-home-level support while helping patients continue to function in the community

Requirements:

• Prior Medical Director experience required
• 35 years of experience preferred
• Clean malpractice history required
• Local candidates preferred
