Experienced Commercial Sales Representative Western MA Territory
Base + Uncapped Commission | Paid Training | Company Vehicle | Real Growth ~On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $52,000$100,000+ (Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance and achievement of sales targets.) Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is looking for an Experienced Commercial Sales Representative to grow our presence across Western Massachusetts. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk roleyou'll be in the field building relationships, solving real problems, and driving revenue.

- Minimum 1 year of Outside Commercial Sales experience

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to obtain required pest control licensing (training and support provided)
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening
What You'll Earn
- $1,000 salary/week while in the training phase *able to earn commission during training if applicable
- After training: $800$1000 salary/week plus uncapped commission
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $52,000$100,000+
- Actual earnings vary based on individual performance and sales results

- Meet with business owners and decision-makers face-to-face
- Inspect commercial properties and identify pest control needs
- Build customized solutions (not one-size-fits-all sales)
- Prospect new business through calls, visits, networking, and referrals
- Manage proposals, pricing, and follow-ups
- Build long-term client relationshipsnot just quick wins
- Partner with operations and service teams to deliver results

Essential Physical Functions of the Role
- Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory and safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods
- Enter, exit, and move through commercial buildings and job sites
- Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during the workday
- Climb stairs and navigate uneven or varying property conditions
- Bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work in tight or confined spaces as part of inspections and service evaluations
- Work in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions
- Safely perform job responsibilities in active commercial settings such as offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and industrial facilities
