CNC Machinist 2

Responsibilities Operate CNC lathe equipment to produce parts that meet dimensional specifications. Machining, cleaning, and inspecting own work, including deburring and cleaning parts. Conduct random visual inspections with a microscope to ensure conformity. Accurately complete all quality control documentation and inspection sheets. Resolve and communicate problems/issues to the supervisor. Perform a variety of other repetitive tasks and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Qualifications High school or trade school diploma. 3+ years experience as a CNC machinist or machine operator. Ability to monitor tool wear and make dimensional adjustments (offsets). Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Proficiency with measuring instruments (MILS, calipers, etc.). Work efficiently to achieve targeted goals. Flexible, reliable, self‑starting team player capable of working with little supervision. Availability to work independently and take direction from the Team Lead. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $17.31–32.12 per hour. This range is a good‑faith estimate based on qualifications, experience, and training. Bonus: Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
