You will guide borrowers in Pecks Mill through refinance, purchase, HELOC, reverse mortgage, and seller packages, notarize the required documents, and return the completed package by the deadline.

KEY DUTIES Conduct mobile and remote notarization of mortgage loan documents for clients in Pecks Mill and surrounding areas. Verify the identity of signers and administer oaths or affirmations as required. Walk borrowers through their loan package and make sure every signature, date, and initial is completed. Accurately complete notarial certificates and keep a complete notary journal and log. Return signed loan packages to the lender, title, or escrow company by the required deadline. Ensure compliance with West Virginia and federal notary laws and regulations. Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive borrower documents. Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication with borrowers and clients.
