LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in Brookville, Indiana, to identify a Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, managing orders, and working closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary contact for customers, helping manage orders from initial quote through delivery and invoicing. The position offers a blend of customer communication, order coordination, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests.
• Process customer orders, order updates, and changes while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Provide customers with order status updates, delivery information, and lead time expectations.
• Coordinate with production, operations, and logistics teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Support customers with pricing information, product details, and account-related questions.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and returns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Monitor open orders and proactively communicate potential delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems.
• Manage customer portal activity, including order submissions, invoice uploads, and required updates.
• Partner with accounting teams to assist with invoicing inquiries and payment-related questions.
• Collaborate with team members to support customer needs and ensure seamless service coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, order entry, account support, or administrative experience.
• Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Associate degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year
