About the Role:
Join Flagrock Hospitality LLC as a Breakfast Attendant and be the welcoming face of our morning service! In this role, you’ll create a delightful breakfast experience for our guests while showcasing the warm hospitality that Flagstaff is known for.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area with a variety of food and beverage options.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the breakfast station throughout service.
• Greet guests warmly and assist them with their breakfast selections.
• Monitor food inventory and restock items as needed.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food offerings.
• Assist in closing duties and cleanup at the end of breakfast service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
