Sales Associate

Description Job Summary The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. This role involves assisting customers with product selection, maintaining store appearance, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in using cash registers and retail software.
