Payments and File Format Expertise:Deep understanding of payment processing workflows, especially H2H and SWIFT.Hands-on experience with legacy formats (IDOC, EDIFACT) as well as ISO 20022 and GFFAbility to interpret and translate complex file specifications and payment instructions.2. Technical Analysis and MappingStrong analytical skills for field-by-field mapping between client files and internal standard formats.Experience creating and maintaining detailed mapping requirement documents and data dictionaries.Familiarity with structured and hybrid address fields, and compliance requirements (e.g., CBPR+).3. Stakeholder ManagementAbility to collaborate effectively with Product, Technology, and Implementation/Migration teams.Experience gathering requirements from clients and translating them into actionable technical specifications.4.Problem Solving and AdaptabilityResourcefulness in working with obsolete or poorly documented formats.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mapping or data translation issues.5. Documentation and CommunicationStrong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder updates.Experience preparing business and technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
