About the Role

An established New England trusts and estates law firm is seeking an associate to join its growing practice. You will work directly with clients, take on substantive matters, and contribute to a practice with opportunities to grow your expertise and responsibility. What You'll Do

Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and business succession plans. Handle probate, guardianship, and related trusts and estates matters. Support general business and real estate matters as part of a varied practice. Work directly with high-net-worth clients and manage substantive responsibilities. Contribute to the development of a growing practice group. What We're Looking For

Three to seven years of trusts and estates law experience, including substantive drafting across a range of estate planning documents. Familiarity with federal estate and gift tax issues. Experience with general business or real estate work is also important. A JD from an accredited U.S. law school. Admission to the New Hampshire bar, or a clear path to obtaining it. If relocating, demonstrated ties to New Hampshire. An LL.M. in Taxation is a plus. Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $115,000 to $125,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. Location

Remote role with Concord, New Hampshire as the primary location. Hybrid work in Concord is supported.
