Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough assessments of clients in both individual and family sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to determine appropriate treatment plans. \n
- Facilitating therapy sessions that involve various dynamics, including couple interactions and family systems, ensuring that all voices are heard and addressed. \n
- Addressing issues such as conflict resolution among family members, managing grief and loss, and navigating the challenges of blended families. \n
- Implementing therapeutic techniques for issues related to alcohol abuse, job stress, separation, and communication difficulties. \n
- Tracking and documenting client progress, adapting therapeutic approaches based on client feedback and treatment outcomes. \n
Your therapeutic practice will focus on a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will work with families experiencing a variety of challenges, such as:

- Alcohol abuse and its impact on family dynamics. \n
- Physical and psychological abuse and the aftermath on family relationships. \n
- Grief and loss issues that require sensitive handling. \n
- Conflicts among siblings and parents leading to strained relationships. \n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n
- An active and unrestricted LMFT state license. \n
- A strong commitment to providing compassionate and effective mental health care. \n
In addition to the qualifications required, we prefer candidates who have:

- Experience working with diverse populations and various presenting issues in a therapy setting. \n
- A background in providing telehealth services, adapting in-person methods to virtual formats when necessary. \n
