Certified Nursing AssistantWestfields is looking to hire a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Med Surg team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.Position Summary:As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Westfields Hospital & Clinic's Med/Surg department, you will assist with the basic care of patients within the Wisconsin CNA's scope of practice, including psychosocial and physical needs that include:Performing basic patient care responsibilities as assigned by the Registered Nurse (RN).Communicating observed changes in patient status and responses to the RN.Providing for the needs of the pediatric, geriatric and general patient populations.Work Schedule:.6 FTE - Rotating evening and night shift (primarily nights) with every 3rd weekend (8-hour shifts)Required Qualifications:Current CNA license in the state of WisconsinBLS certificationPreferred Qualifications:Experience in EPIC computer systemPrior hospital experienceBenefits:At Westfields Hospital & Clinic, we believe in providing our employees with exceptional benefits to help you thrive in your work.
