Data Analyst - Data & Analytics
Everest Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst for its Data & Analytics team. This role will advance the firm's enterprise data strategy, combining hands-on data analysis, data solutioning, data delivery, and stakeholder engagement to enable high-quality reporting and analytics across the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with technology teams to design and deliver scalable data solutions
- Driving adoption and business value from data, analytics, and BI solutions
- Translating business needs into clear data and technology requirements
- Collaborating across business units to standardize and optimize enterprise data assets
- Supporting data governance and data quality initiatives
- Acting as a subject matter expert for business data inquiries
- Performing ad hoc analysis by extracting, transforming, and modeling data
- Validating and signing off on data deliverables
- Contributing to Agile delivery of data initiatives
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or a related role
- Strong understanding of core data concepts
- Advanced SQL skills and strong analytical capabilities
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across business and technology stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services
- Exposure to modern data platforms and cloud-based analytics environments
- Experience supporting data governance initiatives
The base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $125,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications, and work location. All offers include access to a variety of benefits.
