Outreach Specialist *Location:* Honolulu, HI (On-site)

TEKsystems is seeking an *Outreach Specialist* to support a local healthcare organization in Honolulu.
Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to members to verify information
* Review enrollment and payment details
* Update and maintain accurate records
* Send member communications and follow up as needed
* Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues
Qualifications
* Customer service or call center experience
* Strong communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Comfortable working with computer systems and data entry
* Reliable and professional attitude
Preferred Qualifications
* Healthcare or insurance experience
* Experience with member enrollment processes
* Familiarity with Salesforce, QNXT, or similar systems
