Civil Project Manager OpportunityJoin a top South Jersey Civil Construction Company with a highly competitive base and benefits package.Job DescriptionManage multiple civil construction projects simultaneously from award through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues impacting scope, schedule, or budget. Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Negotiate subcontractor agreements and manage procurement activities. Track project costs, forecasting, and financial performance. Ensure compliance with all OSHA, environmental, and company safety standards. Prepare and submit RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and project documentation.
