Operations Systems Analyst - EW

Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• We need eight years of experience, or an equivalent background, in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.
• We require an active interim Secret clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain clearance.
• We require a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred qualifications include Linux experience.
• Preferred qualifications include familiarity with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, fleet operations, and Electronic Warfare or Information Operations.
• Preferred qualifications include experience organizing, leading, and facilitating large meetings, workshops, or conferences.
• Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare Systems, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and identifying Electronic Warfare gaps and capabilities.
• Preferred qualifications include knowledge of systems development and testing, and of creating or reviewing technical documentation such as CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, SOPs, and developmental or operational T&E.
• Preferred qualifications include Agile methodology experience.

• We perform integration and testing on Navy Electronic Warfare systems.
• We develop and implement product testing procedures.
• We review and assess test results.
• We recommend production or design changes to strengthen quality and performance standards.
• We conduct software testing for government-owned Electronic Warfare systems that interface with multiple subsystems, EW systems, and AEGIS and SSDS combat systems.
• We develop, integrate, and execute test cases and test procedures for the supported systems.
• We provide subject matter expertise from a testing perspective.
