RPA Developer – UiPath

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with strong UiPath expertise to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that improve business efficiency and reduce manual effort. The candidate will work closely with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver high-quality RPA solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Create detailed solution design documents (SDD) and technical specifications.
• Develop reusable components and libraries in UiPath.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of bots.
• Implement exception handling, logging, and monitoring for production bots.
• Support UAT, production deployment, and post-production maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, QA, Infrastructure).
• Follow RPA best practices, coding standards, and governance models.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development using UiPath.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.
• Experience with REFramework and best practices.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, or VB.NET.
• Experience with SQL and database integration.
• Knowledge of web services, APIs, and Excel/Outlook automation.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, TFS, etc.).
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• UiPath Certification (Advanced RPA Developer or equivalent).
• Experience with attended and unattended bots.
• Knowledge of OCR, AI/ML integration, and Document Understanding.
• Experience with Windows, Citrix, and mainframe automation.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
