• Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and basic HVAC troubleshooting.

• Maintain facility grounds and common areas to ensure safety and neatness.

• Manage room turns and prepare apartments for new residents moving into the community.

• Respond promptly to maintenance work orders submitted by staff and residents.

• Routinely inspect emergency systems (lighting, call bells, door alarms) to ensure full compliance with state safety regulations.

• 2 years of general maintenance, handyman, or apartment turnover experience.

• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical systems.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and a high attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and a respectful, compassionate attitude toward elderly residents.

• Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
