Prep Cook

Join our culinary team as a Prep Cook, where you'll prepare fresh, high-quality cold menu items while helping deliver an exceptional dining experience. This role is responsible for preparing salads, sandwiches, dressings, sauces, fruits, vegetables, and other pantry items, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and quality. Must be available to work weekends.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three months of related food preparation or kitchen experience.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and provide excellent teamwork and customer service.
• Current Washington State Food Worker Card required; MAST/TIPS certification required within 60 days of hire if applicable.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work safely around hot equipment, sharp utensils, and other commercial kitchen hazards.
