Pacesetter Personnel Services is hiring a Dispatcher in Brookshire, TX 77423.

Pay Rate:

$18.00/hr. We pay weekly.

Shift:

Monday-Friday 9 AM -5 PM

Job Description:

• Driver interaction via phone calls and system messaging.
• Building and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Effective communication and planning in order to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Ability to efficiently assign loads to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for driver load monitoring, including resolving any issues affecting the scheduled times for pickup or delivery, while proactively communicating to the affected customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, logistics, or scheduling is preferred.
• Data entry skills.
• Excellent communication skills, time management, attention to detail, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
