You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products using our proven selling process and the exclusive bedMatch diagnostic system. Preferred Qualifications Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. A typical 4–5‑day work week offers 40–55 hours per week. Bilingual with equal fluency in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto vehicles. Provide a relaxed, low‑pressure, educational shopping experience focusing on improving lives through sleep solutions. Experience with state‑of‑the‑art technology including tablets, mobile POS, and the exclusive bedMatch system. A winning team‑oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
