Assignment Details
Guaranteed Hours: 8.00 Contract Weeks: 26
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice required
- Two years of Physical Therapy experience preferred
- CPR or BLS certification required
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to ensure quality standards are met
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols
- Establish care and discharge plans, ensuring effective communication
- Complete comprehensive clinical documentation within deadlines
- Supervise assigned assistants
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
