Business Analyst - ETRM

Business Analyst - ETRM implementation supporting a large-scale transformation from Aligne to Orchestrate. Works with stakeholders across Trading, Risk, Middle Office, Back Office, and Accounting to gather requirements, document processes, and drive successful platform adoption. Provides analytical and documentation support throughout the change journey. Key Responsibilities: Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements. Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to define future-state processes. Analyze current Aligne workflows and support transition to Orchestrate. Develop process documentation, user stories, functional specifications, and test scenarios. Coordinate UAT activities, including test execution, defect tracking, and validation. Assist with data validation, reporting requirements, settlements, and operational workflows. Support training, change management, and user adoption activities. Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting ETRM/CTRM platforms. Hands-on experience with Aligne, specifically within the Reporting and/or Back Office modules. Experience on ETRM implementations, migrations, or major enhancements. Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes, settlements, accounting, and risk management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Energy trading industry experience, preferably within power, renewables, or ISO markets. Preferred Skills: Experience with Orchestrate, Endur, RightAngle, or similar ETRM platforms. Experience supporting Front, Middle, and Back Office business functions. Knowledge of power markets, renewable energy trading, and energy accounting processes. You have 5+ years ETRM business analysis experience. You've worked with Aligne reporting or back-office modules.
