The Impact You'll Make

Every call is an opportunity to make someone's day a little easier.

• Be the first point of contact for homeowners reaching out for help.
• Listen to customers, understand what they need, and help them find the right solution.
• Schedule HVAC and plumbing appointments that get customers the help they need.
• Turn stressful situations into positive customer experiences.
• Build trust with customers through every conversation.
• Work closely with Dispatch, technicians, and other teams to make sure customers have a seamless experience.
• Keep customer and appointment information accurate so our teams can deliver on what was promised.
• Balance multiple conversations and priorities while keeping the customer at the center.
• Help our team deliver the level of service that keeps customers coming back and recommending Logan to others.
