Forklift Operator
$18/hr
Sea Fox Boats is a leading manufacturer of premium saltwater fishing boats, and we’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Forklift Operator to join our manufacturing team!
If you’re someone who likes to stay busy, takes pride in keeping things organized, and understands that production can’t run without the right materials in the right place at the right time, this could be the job for you.
What You’ll Do
You’ll play an important role in keeping our plant stocked, clean, organized, and running efficiently. You’ll move materials throughout the plant, support incoming deliveries, remove waste and scrap, and make sure production teams have what they need to keep building boats.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Transport raw materials, work-in-process materials, and finished goods throughout the plant.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as needed.
• Assist with unloading incoming trucks and deliveries.
• Replenish materials and supplies to prevent production delays or interruptions.
• Remove waste, scrap, and debris from production areas and dispose of materials according to company guidelines.
• Keep production areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Sweep floors, empty trash, maintain clear walkways, and help maintain overall plant cleanliness.
• Ensure materials are stored properly and safely.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision or plant leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or material-handling environment needed.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack. Forklift skills will be tested prior to an offer being made.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout a manufacturing facility for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

The Work Environment
This is a hands-on manufacturing position in an industrial boat-building facility. The work environment may include exposure to:

• Manufacturing noise
• Dust and fiberglass materials
• Varying temperatures
• Moving equipment and production activity
• Standing and walking for extended periods

Required PPE must be worn as directed.
