This is not a remote position. Reliable transportation to our office is necessary.This position requires availability generally during business hours 10AM-4PM Monday through Friday with the possibility of occasional weekend shifts.ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer questions and provide friendly, timely customer service via email and other communication channels.Process and fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently.Pick, pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment.Photograph new merchandise and add to online catalogs.Coordinate daily shipping and ensure orders are dispatched on time.Track shipments and assist customers with delivery questions, delays, or issues.Process returns, exchanges, and other order-related requests.Maintain accurate inventory and communicate when products need to be restocked.Update and manage orders within Shopify.Ensure the merchandise warehouse and fulfillment areas are neat and organized.Help identify and resolve order discrepancies or fulfillment issues.Provide general administrative support related to customer service, merchandise, and fulfillment.Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful attitude when interacting with customers.QualificationsPrevious customer service, retail, order fulfillment, shipping, or e-commerce experience preferred.Experience with Shopify is not required but is a plus.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working with computers and learning new software and systems.Ability to multitask and prioritize orders and customer requests.Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.Ability to lift and move boxes and merchandise as needed (up to 30 lbs.).Must be able to work during business hours of 10:00 AM4:00 PM Monday through Friday.Must live in Central Florida.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, enjoys helping people, and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
