About this role A person in this position provides the supervision, direction, and support integral in the efficient operation of assigned programs. Responsibilities are varied in nature and are carried out under the direct supervision of the Regional Director. Supervises a staff of Program Specialists and ensures that their performance is in line with Company policies and procedures and program regulations; evaluates their performance and establishes goals and objectives for continuing growth and efficiency in performing job duties; takes corrective action when necessary.
