Your role includes managing both client relationships and internal teams, effectively communicating and coordinating efforts to drive growth. Along with a commitment to your personal and professional growth you will develop compelling presentations hone your leadership skills.What You’ll DoLead the day-to-day management of assigned clients as their SEO subject matter expert, proactively advocating for their programs and driving progressOversee research, analysis, and insights of assigned accounts, communicating clear requirements and ensuring reporting aligns with client objectivesDirectly manage team members, setting expectations and reviewing both their performance and deliverablesConduct comprehensive content, technical, and reputation audits using a suite of tools and transform insights into actionable recommendations for clientsProvide expert guidance and consultation during site designs, redesigns, and migrations to ensure adherence to SEO best practicesIdentify emerging opportunities and proactively surface recommendations to clients and the department through compelling presentationsWhen needed, lead client calls, communicate channel performance and industry updates, and follow up on critical discussion points and next stepsManage key vendor (client and Acadia third party tools) relationships for assigned accounts, ensuring effective utilization of tools like Rio, Yext, Stat, and SemrushProvide best practice SEO recommendations for site content, page templates, and other assets such as videos, and monitor progress for performance and anomaliesCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including SEO Analysts, Copywriters, other Managers, Directors and Account ServicesContribute to SEO thought leadership through news bites, points of view, internal projects, internal training videos, and attending vendor meetingsPlay a key role in new business initiatives and contribute significantly to the growth of the departmentWhat You’ll BringCuriosity: An inquisitive mindset and passion for learning about Acadia and our clients' businesses and how SEO can help them.Candor: Willingness to have challenging conversations, holding yourself and others accountable, and make tough decisions for the benefit of clients and team.Can-do: Openness to experimentation, continuous learning, and maintaining a positive outlook.Community: Be a collaborative team player who values contributing to the growth and success of both their clients and stakeholders within Acadia, contributing to the sense of camaraderie and team unity.5+ years of direct SEO experience, including content strategy and web development (understanding basic HTML, JavaScript, CSS).Strong self-management skills, but with the humility to ask for help when needed.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and intermediate Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills.Proficient knowledge of SEO tools (e.g. Screaming Frog, Semrush, Stat) and the ability to use data to make compelling arguments. #J-18808-Ljbffr Paycom
