Safety Coordinator Location: Vassar, MI Work Type: In-Person Pay: $22-$29/hour Help Build a Safer Workplace and Make an Impact Every Day. Competitive pay and a stable work environment. Shop‑based role with occasional semi‑local travel. What You’ll Be Doing Support safety programs and OSHA compliance across multiple locations. Conduct safety training and assist with safety meetings. Perform facility walk‑throughs and identify potential hazards. Maintain OSHA logs, safety records, and compliance documentation. Support forklift certification, fleet safety, and incident reporting. Partner with HR on workers' compensation and safety‑related matters. What You Bring 6+ months of safety coordination or workplace safety experience. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety documentation. Experience with OSHA 300 logs, incident reporting, or compliance tracking. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a shop or industrial environment. Ability to work independently and promote a culture of safety. Preferred Experience OSHA 30 certification. Workers compensation reporting experience.
