Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

Emergency Department NurseSchedulePM shift, 12 hours, 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., two weekends in a four-week schedule period. Every other holiday. Must stay through January 9, 2027.Assignment Details48 guaranteed hours per week, possibility of 36-hour contracts.RequirementsMinimum of 1.5 years of recent Level I or II emergency department experience, or 2+ years of recent Level 3/4 emergency department experience.Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips and identify heart blocks; pass a telemetry test on Day 1 with a score of 85% or higher.Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS (must be active/unexpired).Preferred experience with EPIC, previous travel assignments, and critical care experience.Patient ratio of 1:4-5, depending on acuity.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department.Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Perform necessary medical procedures and administer treatments as prescribed.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.Advocate for patient needs and provide education to patients and families.Client DetailsCity Boston State MA
