Job requirements include:

• Self-motivated and the ability to work both in a team and independently
• Strong leadership skills
• Flexible interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively throughout all levels of the organization
• Reliable and dependable within a leadership role
• Top-notch customer service and great communication skills
• Must pass a background check
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
