Position Summary The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic, sales‑focused role essential to providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. The successful candidate will persuade customers to engage in our automotive services, build strong relationships, promote products and services, and coordinate service appointments. Sales personnel also complete transaction procedures accurately and efficiently to create a seamless customer experience. Pay Range $18.40 – $27.49 per hour Responsibilities Act as a motivated sales individual, driving revenue and customer satisfaction. Build customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service. Merchandise, advertise, and promote products and services. Respond energetically to every customer, on the phone and in the store. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Desire to succeed in a retail environment. Minimum of 2 years of consumer retail sales experience. Strong communication skills to assist customers with sales and complaint resolution. Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints. Valid automobile driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.
