LPN/RN- Nightshift FT/PT Locust Ridge Nursing Home, a premier healthcare provider in Williamsburg, OH, is seeking an experienced LPN (LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE) to join our nightshift team. As a valuable member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents, collaborating with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and therapeutic care. Location: Williamsburg, OH Company: Locust Ridge Nursing Home Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation. Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants. Monitor patients' condition and notify physicians of any changes. Mandatory Qualifications Hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university. Current, unencumbered, active OH LPN (LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE) license. Current CPR certification. Skills and Qualities Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as state, federal, and regulatory requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and critical thinking abilities. Ability to deal tactfully with a team of inter-disciplinary professionals, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public. Ability to organize and prioritize. Additional Requirements Job Types: every other Sunday.
