• Proficiency in IEP development and progress monitoring
• Knowledgeable in conducting assessments and implementing therapy plans within an educational context
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with students, staff, and families

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments to determine student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Track, document, and communicate student performance and therapy outcomes
• Provide direct therapy services as well as consultative support to school professionals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall educational experience of each student
