EMPLOYMENT SPECIFICS: Full-Time (Exempt-Administrative 260 days), 1.0FTE
PURPOSE/SUMMARY OF JOB:
The Director of Concurrent Enrollment is responsible for providing leadership and management of concurrent enrollment programming in the region. This position serves as the primary contact between MCC and high schools served. The Director will work with Instructional leadership and Regional Directors to develop concurrent enrollment course schedules. The position will provide leadership and mentoring to concurrent enrollment instructors in collaboration with Division Chairs and Deans. The Director will work with the Instructional Leadership to implement existing and planned programs and services in accordance with the mission and strategic vision of MCC. This position serves to represent MCC when attending meetings with superintendents and/or school boards.
The Director of Concurrent Enrollment exemplifies the college’s guiding principles of integrity, respect, open and honest communication, and collaboration, and serves as a vital member of the college’s instructional and student services teams. The position will require substantial travel throughout the MCC service area on a regular basis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to make public presentations.
- Demonstrated ability for effective management skills that promote work quality, production, and employee growth and development.
- Demonstrated commitment to community involvement.
- Leadership skills based on openness, consultation, and using a team approach.
- Occasional long and irregular hours necessitated by special projects, maintaining compliance with deadlines, length of institutional day/week and committee service.
- Ability to travel substantially throughout the region on a regular basis.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
- Experience working in a community college/postsecondary setting.
- Formal teaching experience.
- Experience with a variety of instructional delivery methods.
- Supervisory experience

Salary and Benefits:
$59,330 - $68,225, based on education, skills and experience. Benefits include health, life, dental insurance, vision, LTD & benefit package in accordance with Colorado Community College and Occupational Education System policies. No relocation assistance is provided.

About Morgan Community College (MCC):
MCC is one of 13 colleges comprising the Colorado Community College System (CCCS). The college has consistently been named a Great College to Work For by the Chronicle of Higher Education in the past decade.
MCC is located on I-76, 80 miles northeast of Denver and approximately 100 miles east of Rocky Mountain National Park. MCC provides high quality lower division transferable courses and occupational education culminating in a variety of certificate, associate, and baccalaureate degree programs through traditional, innovative, and non-traditional delivery methods to an 11,500 square mile service area in eastern Colorado.
The College serves this vast, rural, agricultural area from its main campus in Fort Morgan and through four regional locations in Bennett, Limon, Burlington and Wray. These locations are 75 to 150 miles from the campus in Fort Morgan.
