Wisconsin Licensed MHAR Therapist

To support a growing practice, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed MHAR Therapist will provide virtual therapeutic treatment services, including crisis intervention and case management, for patients and their families within a remote setting focused on partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services. Key responsibilities Provide therapeutic treatment and crisis intervention services to individuals, families, and groups while ensuring adherence to treatment plans Document patient progress and treatment status accurately and timely, including safety assessments and discharge summaries Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and provide leadership in implementing clinical interventions Required qualifications Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution Full, independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Wisconsin Minimum of two years of experience in health care, with at least two years in a psychiatric setting preferred Knowledge of therapeutic interventions and techniques suitable for all age groups Must obtain a substance disorder license-in-training within six months if working in a co-occurring program
