Travel Physical Therapist - $2,132 per week

Job Overview TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an immediate travel opening in Holmdel, New Jersey. This 13‑week assignment requires 40 hours per week on 8‑hour days. Key Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Perform evaluation and develop and execute a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting. Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians). Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines for the facility. Understand the PT board's rules and regulations, complying with state requirements. Interface with medical center personnel and physicians to ensure a team‑focused plan of care. Understand and use adaptive equipment. Evaluate and create a plan of care; modify as necessary based on the patient condition. Use medical center computer systems for daily tasks. Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and insurance guidelines. Requirements Must have 6 months of experience; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Must hold BLS and state‑specific licensing. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, leaning, and stooping for extended periods. A sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology is required. BLS, 1 year* Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
