Physician - Primary Care (Internal Medicine/Family Medicine) - Lakeland, FL

An exciting opportunity for a Physician specializing in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is currently available at one of the largest healthcare facilities in the southeastern region. Each physician enjoys a private office equipped with dedicated examination rooms and support staff. The office operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no obstetrics involved and minimal on-call duties shared among a group of 4-6 physicians. The clinic has achieved Level 3 Recognition as a Patient-Centered Medical Home from NCQA, reflecting its commitment to high-quality, patient-focused care.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for seamless continuity of patient care.
• Collaborate with a large network of over 220 physicians across 19 locations.
• Participate in a robust internal referral system across more than 40 specialties.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a large physician group.
