Technical Requirements HVAC Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HVAC service & repairs is required. Licensing/Certification: A valid HVAC technician license or certification is essential. Technical Skills: Must be proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals. Equipment Knowledge: A deep understanding of HVAC equipment, components, and industry standards. Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with HVAC systems. Physical Abilities: Should be able to lift heavy objects and work under various conditions. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key for effective client and team interactions. Driving Record: A valid driver's license with a clean record is necessary.
