Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly as a clinician with assigned clients both in the community and remotely, conducting assessments and tailoring therapeutic interventions for individuals experiencing major mental illness and emotional disorders.

• Establish positive rapport and trusting relationships with clients and their families, ensuring that they feel safe and supported in their journey toward recovery.

• Participate effectively in team meetings to advance shared goals, facilitating discussions that encourage collaboration and innovation in treatment approaches.

• Conduct developmentally appropriate screenings and assessments to create integrated care plans that link clients to necessary services and resources.

• Provide a comprehensive range of therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, to enhance client engagement and recovery outcomes.

• Assist with crisis intervention when necessary, bringing calm and support to clients in acute distress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
