Group Leader (Food Production)

GC Hall LLC is seeking a high-impact Group Leader to manage our frontline operations at our Missouri City facility. In this role, you aren't just a supervisor; you are the operational heartbeat of the plant. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver world-class results while fostering a culture of safety, precision, and continuous improvement. Your Leadership Impact Operational Command: Direct multiple lines and departments to ensure all targets for Safety, Quality, Cost, and Efficiency are exceeded daily. Workforce Excellence: Manage labor allocations, employee engagement, and performance reviews. You are the primary advocate for your team’s professional development. Regulatory Authority: Maintain 100% compliance with SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards. Lead audits to ensure every output meets our strict consistency guidelines. Process Innovation: Partner with plant leadership to drive Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen events. Use operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement permanent solutions. Seamless Transitions: Oversee complex changeovers and coordinate shift handoffs to ensure zero downtime between operational runs. Required Leadership Tenure: 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a high-speed industrial or manufacturing setting. Operational Knowledge: Deep understanding of automated workflows, equipment oversight, and facility safety. Work Environment & Physical Needs Located at our Missouri City facility.
