About the Position

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Location: Ohio

Schedule: Thursday clinic hours, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (1 hour lunch)

Openings: 1

Position Overview

• Employer-sponsored primary care and wellness clinic
• Primary care with some acute care needs
• Predictable clinic schedule with no nights and no weekends
• Patients ages 2+ (patients under 18 are rarely seen)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat common primary care concerns
• Chronic disease management and preventive care
• Patient education and proactive wellness support
• Document care in the electronic medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Ohio NP or PA license
• National certification (FNP or PA certification as applicable)
• Active DEA
• Ability to work autonomously per state requirements (collaborating physician support as required)
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify

Preferred Qualifications

• Primary care experience
• Experience with Athena EMR is preferred
