Technician Crew Lead - Trenchless Pipe Rehabilitation

We’re looking for a Technician Crew Lead who can run jobs, lead from the front, and hold a high standard for both performance and people. What You’ll Be Doing This isn’t a clipboard-only leadership role—you’ll be in it with your team. Lead and execute CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) installations from start to finish Run the job site: plan the day, assign responsibilities, and keep projects on track Operate and oversee curing systems, equipment, and installation processes Monitor quality, performance, and safety throughout each project Handle job documentation (logs, materials, safety reports) without letting things slip Communicate with project managers and dispatch on progress and expectations Travel daily, with occasional out-of-state work depending on projects Set the tone, raise the standard What Makes You a Fit Experience in construction, utilities, or field-based work Prior experience leading a crew or supervising a team Strong leadership presence—you can direct, coach, and hold people accountable Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools, equipment, and systems Ability to stay organized and keep jobs moving under pressure Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus) OSHA certification and confined space experience (or willingness to obtain) Physically capable of handling demanding, outdoor work in all conditions Bonus if you have experience in trenchless pipe rehabilitation or CIPP What You Get Competitive hourly pay + consistent overtime (real earning potential) Get paid to travel $0 Health Insurance (yes, really!) 401(k) with company match — invest in your future while you work Robust paid time off Year-round, steady work — no wondering what’s next The opportunity to step into a role where your leadership actually matters Why This Role Matters You’re not just running a crew—you’re leading projects that protect homes, infrastructure, and communities without tearing everything apart to do it.
