About the Role:

Integrative Pelvic Health in Rocklin, CA is looking for a passionate and skilled PT, OT, PTA to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives through specialized, whole-person care in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, musculoskeletal conditions, and related diagnoses
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based physical therapy techniques
• Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and biofeedback
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, body mechanics, and self-management strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries 
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care
• Participate in continuing education and stay current with advancements in pelvic health PT

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), OTR, PTA degree from an accredited program
• Active California Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Experience or specialized training in pelvic floor rehabilitation preferred
• Strong manual therapy and patient education skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• CPR/BLS certification required
