Location: Alaska

Salary: $99,000 - $128,000 Annually

Sign-On Bonus: $25,000

Relocation Assistance: $10,000

Additional Geographic Differential: $25,000 Annually

Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency and acute patient care across all age groups
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions in fast-paced clinical environments
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and critical situations
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and ancillary staff
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Provide patient and family education to support positive outcomes

Qualifications

• Active RN License (any U.S. state accepted; Alaska license obtainable upon hire)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or Diploma)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
• Emergency Department, Acute Care, or Long-Term Care experience preferred
• New Graduate RNs encouraged to apply
