Part-Time Steward Westmoreland Country Club, located in Export, PA is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Steward! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. General Purpose: This vital position helps maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment while ensuring members and guests receive an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Washes and sanitizes dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment Maintains cleanliness and organization of kitchen, storage, and service areas Assists with receiving and storing deliveries Removes trash and recycling and upholds sanitation standards Supports banquet, restaurant, and special event operations as needed Follows all food safety, health, and club standards Minimum Qualifications: Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Previous kitchen or stewarding experience is a plus but not required What We Offer: Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Professional and supportive work environment Opportunity for growth within the hospitality team Benefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Additional Compensation – Eligibility for Employee Meals Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
