Pay Rate: $19.15/hour

Hours: 40 hours per week working between the hours of 8am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday and every 3rd Saturday from 9am-12pm

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Appleton, WI (on-site)

Requirements: 

• 1+ year office/customer service experience required
• Financial background is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and co-workers
• Ability to work independently with little supervision 
• Good decision making skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS office or similar software
• Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities:

You will be working between 2 different branches, ensuring members and visitors have an exceptional experience by greeting each member/visitor in a cheerful manner while efficiently help them with their requests.  

• Greet members and visitors, answer phones, issues badges to visitors
• Process basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance
• Assist members with problem resolution
• Direct members to other credit union representatives when appropriate, including virtually connecting members 
• Open and close the branch, sort and process incoming and outgoing mail
• Assist other departments in processing transactions including GL, payoffs and charge off transactions
• Maintain required daily logs and perform branch audits
• Till maintenance, order cash and balance vault daily
• Ensure supplies are maintained in the coffee area and the lounge is tidy, offer beverages to visitors waiting
• Maintain and order office supplies for the branch
• Assist shoppers into the retail store, answer questions, collect payments and straighten store items as needed
